Et des g\u00e9ants comme Adidas, H&amp;M, Patagonia ou encore The North Face ont pris part au d\u00e9veloppement de cette nouvelle proc\u00e9dure simplifi\u00e9e. Et afin de ne pas mettre les marques au pied du mur, la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente version du CCS sera encore valable jusqu&#8217;au 1er janvier 2017.<\/p>\n<p>En cas de litige, le CCS ne saurait prendre le pas sur les r\u00e9gulations locales en vigueur, comme le souligne le pr\u00e9ambule d&#8217;un manuel d&#8217;utilisation de 38 pages destin\u00e9 aux marques. Marques dont le nombre et l&#8217;influence sont les meilleures armes pour obtenir, via le CCS, que les fournisseurs r\u00e9pondent des conditions de fabrication et qualit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces livr\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle version du Content Claim Standard s&#8217;accompagne aussi d&#8217;une<a href=\"http:\/\/textileexchange.org\/standards-integrity\/standards\/organic-content-standard\">version renforc\u00e9e de l&#8217;OCS<\/a>, pour Organic Content Standard.
