A l\u2019origine, Zoomdle est une start-up parisienne sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la reconnaissance d\u2019images au service des lecteurs des magazines. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un programme d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par LTU Technologies, il suffit de photographier un v\u00eatement vu dans la presse pour pouvoir l\u2019acheter, \u00e0 condition qu\u2019il figure dans un fichier de 500.000 produits r\u00e9f\u00e9renc\u00e9s en partenariat avec des \u00ab\u2009marketplaces\u2009\u00bb, des distributeurs et des marques. Entre alors en sc\u00e8ne Charlotte Journo-Baur, dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e de l\u2019EM Lyon et fille du cocr\u00e9ateur de Zoomdle, Philippe Journo, par ailleurs PDG et fondateur de la Compagnie de Phalsbourg, sp\u00e9cialiste de l\u2019immobilier commercial. \u00ab\u2009 <em>J\u2019ai eu l\u2019id\u00e9e de proposer des assistants shopping, un service ultraluxe dans certaines galeries marchandes, mais gratuit chez nous<\/em>\u2009\u00bb, explique-t-elle. \u00ab\u2009 <em>Les consommateurs doivent pouvoir retrouver en ligne ce qu\u2019ils appr\u00e9cient en magasin\u2009: le contact humain et les conseils personnalis\u00e9s.\u2009<\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n<p class=\"lastp\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00e9l\u00e9chargeable gratuitement sur l\u2019App Store et Google Play, l\u2019application Wishibam permet toujours de flasher un produit rep\u00e9r\u00e9 dans un magazine, mais d\u00e9sormais de prendre en photo un v\u00eatement ou un accessoire vu dans la rue, puis de l\u2019envoyer \u00e0 des \u00ab\u2009assistants shopping\u2009\u00bb qui aident \u00e0 trouver le m\u00eame ou un produit similaire, mais moins cher. \u00ab\u2009 <em>Depuis le 11\u00a0novembre, notre application a \u00e9t\u00e9 t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9e 15.000 fois<\/em>\u2009\u00bb, assure Charlotte Journo-Baur. \u00ab\u2009 <em>Sur une journ\u00e9e, nous avons en moyenne un millier d\u2019utilisateurs, dont 30\u2009% font une demande aupr\u00e8s de nos assistants shopping<\/em>.\u2009\u00bb Apr\u00e8s trois ou quatre requ\u00eates, l\u2019internaute finit par passer commande\u2026 700 ventes auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 ainsi r\u00e9alis\u00e9es depuis le lancement de l\u2019application.
